Conditions pertaining to your booking and stay at Dusuntara Jungle Retreat is as follows:-

During this time when Covid has yet to be totally irradiated,
we at Dusuntara have implemented some specific conditions. 1. We will only accept one family OR one group at a time.

2. Total number of pax, not less than 10 pax and not more than 25 pax.

3. Full details of all guests must be recorded in our Visitors book on arrival.

Confirmation of booking is based on our receipt of your FULL PAYMENT BASED ON THE TOTAL COST QUOTED. Failing which THERE IS NO BOOKING CONFIRMED

There is NO REFUND on booking payments made, whether owing to CANCELLATION on your part or NO SHOW. Number of paxs booked for will be charged accordingly. No deductions on SHORT TURN OUT will be entertained.
All payments must be done via online banking.

Check in time is at 2.00pm and check out time is at 12.00 noon. The drive into Dusuntara is by 4×4 vehicle. Guests are encouraged to drive in their own 4×4 vehicles. However, if guests DO NOT HAVE 4×4 vehicles, then prior arrangements must be made with us for pick up and drop off by our 4×4 vehicles. There is NO EXTRA CHARGE FOR THIS SERVICE. We shall advise our guests of our meeting point and where to park their vehicles. Meeting point will be at the google dropped pin in Batang Kali, which we shall provide after booking. Guests will park their cars at our designated parking area and we shall ferry them in.

Please take note, there will be only ONE PICK UP AND ONE DROP OFF scheduled per booking.

Guests are required to wear proper swim wear for pool activities and to bring their own towels and personal toiletteries. Guests doing their own cooking must clean up all kitchen utensils & BBQ Equipments after use.

There is a MYR 100/- One time charge for the use of this kitchen equipment & facilities. Guests requesting for in-house catering will not be subject to this cost. All meals self catered OR catered by us is strictly HALAL. Please be mindful COOKING OR CONSUMPTION OF PORK OR PROCESSED MEAT OF THE SAME ANIMAL IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED IN THE KITCHEN AND ON THE PREMISE.

TYPES OF ACCOMMODATIONS AVAILABLE
There are 2 chalets located side by side. Chalet 1 (Woodsonni) has sleeping facilities for 7 pax. It has 2 double bunk beds with a single each on the top. It also has a separate single bed as well. Chalet 2 (Helikonia) has sleeping facilities for 5 pax. It has 1 double bunk bed with a single on top, it also has a separate double bed. Both these chalets are air conditioned and has its own toilets and baths.
POOL VIEW ( Morning Glory)
This large open concept room is located by the pool & Juccuzzi. It has sleeping facilities for 6 pax. All 6 are single beds and is equipped with 2 toilets & 2 showers.
Deluxe Room (Azelia)
It has a double bed with its own private balcony. Attached toilet & shower and air conditioned.
Deluxe Rooms (Bluebell & Camelia) is a family room with an inter-connecting door.
This rooms have a double bed in Bluebell and 3 singles in Camelia. They share the same toilet & shower and their private balcony.
Suite ( Topiari)
This is meant for a couple seeking privacy. It has one King Size bed, attached toilet & Shower and a separate Balinese Style Enterance.
NOTE:
THERE ARE NO LIFE GUARD ON DUTY AT ANY GIVEN TIME AT THE POOL. Therefore, parents are strongly adviced to be mindful and totally responsible for the safety of their children whilst in the swimming pool and the Jaccuzzi. Dusuntara, their management or the owners DO NOT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILTY FOR ANY ACCIDENTS OR MISHAPS INFLICTED UPON THE GUESTS BY THEMSELVES, BY MEANS OF RECKLESSNESS, NEGLEGENCE OR IRRESPONSIBILITY. during the duration of their stay at Dusuntara.

This T&C is forwarded to all guests prior to confirming for stay and shall be deemed as read, understood and accepted prior to arrival.
